All Sales are Final

At Easy Access Stationers, we strive to provide high-quality products at affordable prices. To maintain these prices and ensure the hygiene and integrity of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "unwanted items" once an order has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Writing Instruments: Pens, markers, and highlighters (due to ink evaporation and usage concerns).

  • Paper Products: Notebooks, journals, and loose-leaf paper once the plastic shrink wrap is removed.

  • Art Supplies: Paints, brushes, and specialized canvases.

  • Bulk/Commercial Orders: Large quantity orders placed for offices or institutions.

  • Sale Items: Any products purchased during a clearance or seasonal sale.

Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Items)

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The product arrived in a physically damaged condition.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

How to report an issue: To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the cases mentioned above, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please email us at easyaccessstationers@gmail.com

or message us on WhatsApp with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo or video of the damaged product and the packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our Bengaluru warehouse. Once an order is "ready to dispatch" or "Out for Delivery," it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
